Sarah S was amazing! We had a poor experience at our first appointment with another store. We arrived early and greeted quickly. Sarah was super patient and very empathetic to our previous experience. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed during our experience. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant. The best part is the bride to be said YES to the dress! Highly recommend this location for your bridal needs.
Sarah S., our consultant, was absolutely amazing!! The entire experience from walking in the door to the details that mattered to the bride to planning the alterations felt right. We previously had a very poor experience at another shop that ruined the bride-to-be's first try on but this place erased that. We left with the "yes" dress, tears, and ringing of the bell. Thank you, to all the friendly staff but especially Sarah. The store was clean and organized.

They were very helpful. We went in 30 minutes early and Sarah S. immediately started helping us and we found the dress within 45 minutes! So helpful and kind!

Rachael, Mariyah, and Fei were wonderful. I did not have an appointment and they were busy. They asked how they could help and I explained that only have 2 days off in the next 6 weeks and they made sure we found dresses and let me do my alterations appointment on the same day. Thank you so much

Kitty was amazing, as a plus size girl she made me feel confident and understood how dress fit everyone differently! If you ever need to get sized or try on dresses. Ask for Kitty at the front desks!
