Great service! Super quick and very professional. Had some issues with the pockets in my dress when I went to pick it up due to one of the sides being taken, but they immediately fixed the issue and it was super fast.. Thanks to Diane, Angela, and Sara for all their help!

First off I cannot say enough good things about Emily!! Emily the two times she helped me during my experience was phenomenal and so accommodating. After multiple hurtles and a miracle she got me the perfect bridesmaid dress under a serious time crunch! Secondly Vien, beyond helpful with alterations and doing everything to make sure I loved my dress and how I felt wearing it. I had the absolute BEST experience at this David's Bridal. My stylist, Kitty, was a dream to work with - she knew exactly what I was after and was so uplifting and encouraging. She made me feel like the most beautiful girl in the store, and every interaction was so positive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, I'm so happy I found my gown here! I will be recommending to all of my friends!! A million thanks to Kitty and all the wonderful women.

Claire helped us in an emergency situation when alternations went wrong (at another dress shop)—1 week before the wedding day. The bride needed a brand new dress and Claire went above and beyond to accommodate—even allowing us to spend several hours searching/trying on—a little past closing time. Had a major alteration issue and Angela absolutely saved the day!! She was educated, professional, saved the dress, and most importantly did incredible work! The customer service was great as well. Would’ve given 5 stars if I hadn’t had the issue in the first place but that was not on Angela.
Katelyn made the appointment so fun and easy going! She was helpful and pulled great dresses and really listened to what i liked and didn’t like. The other staff was also helpful and friendly!
