My bridesmaids and I were really picky about our dresses, our sales lady was so sweet to us and made the experience exactly what I dreamed of. I am a plus size girl and had no reason to believe I was being treated differently! I would recommend the North KC store to anyone.. Our sales lady's name was Lindsey, she was very fast with our request and fit in perfect with my family and friends! Thank you so much for making my special day a perfect day :)
I bought my wedding dress and 5 bridesmaid dresses from Davids Bridal (meaning we spent a lot of time and money on this place). The dresses are beautiful however all 5 of my bridesmaids needed alterations. Myself and 2 of my bridesmaids went to have our dresses altered and it was $300!!! Mine alone was $185...and my sisters was $135. Her alteration was more then what we paid for the dress. like they wanted me to become a bridezilla I think David's Bridal, and this store particularly have it all figured out on how to offer poor quality dresses, how to bait & switch so as not to give sale prices. I was married in May '06. The first associate I dealt with was not of any assistance at all during my visit and appeared to be helping at least 2 other brides, and was cleaning the dressing rooms even when I tried to get her attention to help me.
