I came in today for my first ever Bridal appointment. Tiffanie was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing. I went from having NO IDEA what I would want to buying a dress. She was extremely helpful. She was patient, listened to what I liked and didn’t like. She made great suggestions and was able to keep us laughing and moving through the appt without rushing us. I would highly recommend Tiffanie to any of my friends that are looking for dresses!

I drove over an hour to try on a dress I had put on hold over the phone. The manager,Jenn, squeezed me in, as I didn’t have an appointment and they were fully booked at that time. Lila, is very experienced and I enjoyed working with her. I ended up buying a different dress, than the one I had put on hold! Great experience. Excellent customer service and an amazing selection!

I was in the store today 1/10/18 and the lovely Felicia (sales person) took such great care of me. She greeted me with a smile and made all types of suggestions to make my Wedding day beautiful. Felicia is one that I would recommend to train other associates Great customer service skills. I have 30 plus years in Customer service myself, so I know what to look for in professionalism. Upon arrival to David’s Bridal I was a bit skeptical because I had gone to one previously and it wasn’t good! Once I got there and settled in my stylist (Jasmine) made me feel right at home. She was extremely patient and stayed within my budget. Once I decided on a dress she was able to dress it up even more with the veil and appropriate accessories. I highly recommend this particular facility
