I’m a bridesmaid in a wedding and I had a baby in January. Originally I was sized for a dress in earlier in the year. I have lost over 30lbs within the past six months and they dress that was originally sized for me didn’t fit. The color of the dress was discontinued. Maria was able to help me without an appointment, I was able to return the original dress. She found the a replacement dress very quickly and it should be arriving before the wedding. This store has been extremely helpful and I would recommend David’s bridal!

I was part of a group with a bride doing her first ever try ons and Jodie was like the consultant sent from above. She was literally like a fairy godmother, bringing dresses with the perfect elements, adding details we hadn't even thought to consider and was completely supportive of the bride the entire time. Jodie totally made the experience magical!
Jodie was everything she was really helpful to me and my bridesmaid she went above and beyond for us and made sure my bridesmaids was comfortable as we were plus sized she definitely deserves a raise ❤️❤️ kenwood location in Cincinnati Oh so sad you all are closing the whole store is a vibe down to upper management ❤️
The people at this boutique are amazing. Peter was so kind, helpful, patient and awesome. Couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience. The dresses are beautiful and such a selection to choose from. We were so grateful. Thank you Peter!!!☺️
I’ve been shopping for an off the rack dress for my son’s wedding in September. I’ve visited the store 3 times within the last couple of weeks and ordered online to get the style I wanted in the right size and color. I had lots of questions and Peter and Tyra were extremely helpful today. I will also say that they are working in terrible conditions with the air conditioning broken. Tucker was amazing and helped me find my perfect wedding dress and accessories to go with the dress to really bring it to life! He suggested a gorgeous belt and veil to go with my dress to give it that extra something it needed! There was no AC and it was very hot trying on dresses but he helped make it a great and fun experience for me and my bridal team! I'd recommend Tucker to anyone looking to find their dream dress, he is amazing!
We had a 6pm appointment for my sister. We were greeted with warnings about the AC being broken… we had traveled about two hours to shop so there was no way we were going to not try on dresses. Let me just say. The ENTIRE team greeted us with apologies and smiles even tho the heat was absolutely a disgusting working environment and probably awful for their health. This David’s bridal had NO AC!!!! BUT The consultants that assisted me were outstanding! Haeley & Bene had the most incredible customer service & were so patient with me and my guests. It is ridiculous to me that the workers there have to be there in 90 degree indoor temp!!!! I am so incredibly grateful for Haeley & Bene for helping me find my dress despite the circumstances! I highly recommend this David’s bridal!!!
