Great. Only thing is not having more appointments than one person can handle so that bride feels like she is the most important in the room.
I had Margo as my consultant (in Cincinnati on Montgomery Rd) and she made my experience perfect. I cannot say enough about how amazing she was. Margo and the staff made me feel like the only and most beautiful bride in the building even though the place was packed. Margo took time to understand who I was and find the dress for me. Alterations lady was very nice and helpful. Allowed me to exchange the undergaents and assured me that I should be comfortable in what I decide to wear
The lady helping was a little rude, but we ended up finding what we wanted for a good price
The night I went in for my appointment everyone working was fantastic! They made it very special!
I was really not looking forward to dress shopping. I was dreading it actually. Margo was my consultant and she made me feel so comfortable through the whole appointment. She helped me look at and try on dresses that made me feel like a princess. Margo was incredibly knowledgeable and really helped me find the look that was best for me.
