I had previously had horrible experiences at other David’s Bridal. I decided to give this location a chance...so glad I did! I worked with a Stephanie and she changed my mind about doing business with them. I ordered my wedding gown that day and later picked out the bridesmaid dresses. I had a wedding party issue and my MOH dropped out after everyone else had ordered their dress. I went today to get a dress for my vow renewal and Stephanie was a huge help. She made me feel so special, as if I was a bride for the first time.
I went with my sister to buy a wedding dress, the lady that helped us was great until she realized my sister loved one of the $99 dresses and then she seemed very disappointed and she made my sister feel like she wasn't making the right decision..I'm sure she makes commission but come on! My sisters wedding dress shopping was not as special as it should've been.
