Went for prom dresses and everyone was so kind and encouraging. I went on a Friday and felt stressed so they held the dresses for me to come back on Sunday. Stephanie was so helpful the whole time and super nice! She was there both day and made it a very easy process. DaNaja helped us check out and was such an amazing and friendly person. She was so kind and patient while I signed up. The dress I got had a small hole in the seam and they got it stitched up in minutes. I was not the bride, however, went with my friend to find a dress. They have an amazing selection here and the prices are amazing as well. Want to give a shout out to the gal that helped us Danaja. We could have not asked for anyone better to assist us! Highly recommend working with her. My friend said yea to her dress. They made the whole experience fun, and unforgettable!!!
My sister in law received the most amazing service from the alterations team at this location! Alexis was so kind in helping her feel confident and making the dress fit perfectly for her! She answered all our questions while also being just a grand time to talk to! Bonus points for the bustle as it was beyond cute! Thank you Alexis and team!
Bridesmaid Dress Shopping 3/08/24 We were slightly disappointed in our dress experience. We had an appointment for 6pm and it took awhile before anyone ever acknowledged us and it was a slow evening. We browsed around the dresses for 15mins and quickly realized they hardly had any plus size dresses. This was really discouraging for my friend because she wasn't able to try on anything in her size to decide what she liked.
