Chardonnay was so friendly and helpful during my visit today. I was looking for a bridesmaids dress and she helped me narrow down my size, style and color! The store was very well organized and everyone seemed happy to help. Great experience!
Everything was great until it came to getting the dress back after alterations. This is why people say DO NOT let David’s Bridal do the alterations on your wedding dress!!!! We were told the lace would be removed and lifted and tacked back, as it should’ve been 😡 When this was done and questioned, it was said they can’t cut the dress itself cause that would be altering the design, but they see where they didn’t line the lace up right and they could adjust it. Update: I went back to David's Bridal to seek Ms. Lily's assistance finding a dress for my college graduation. She gave her valuable opinion on several dresses and in the end, I ended up choosing one that I would not have even picked up had her expertise not been involved. I love the dress and how I feel in it plus she found the most perfect pair of shoes to complement the dress! My experience was GREAT! Alexis was super sweet and made the trying on process super easy and stress free! I recommend requesting her for your try on. She has amazing style. I feel like they didn’t have too many options in different styles but I still found the one. So, other than that this experience has been wonderful!
