We had fun and the staff were down to earth and super helpful.
Went in to find a dress in Nov. The girl who helped me was great, she let me look around and was very patient with me (I’m picky!). She helped with suggestions on how to make my dress look better. When I came back for my alterations I had such a great experience with the ladies. I’m more than happy with how my dress looks. Can’t wait to slay my wedding!!
So i went to the davids bridal back in November to the davids bridal in massapequa,ny. The woman that helped us was atrocious. Rushed everyone and even border line called one of my bridesmaids "fat". I said to myself I would never go to a David's bridal again. So my maid of honor said to try lake grove because she has been there for another wedding. I went in today to look for my wedding dress. My stylist, Keira, was amazing. She was so helpful. I went in with a list of favorites from the website. She not only brought me those but some that she thought I might like. I had a tough time choosing but left finding my dream dress. Keira also convinced me to try a veil which I didn't think I would have, but again, decided to get one. Her knowledge and experience were greatly appreciated. Went a couple weeks ago and the associate was a wonderful help finding the dress I wanted for a great deal! When a dress was delivered that was not in the correct condition (not the fault of the Lake Grove location!) the store manager, Alex, personally handled it by calling and ordering me a dress in appropriate condition from another store! This is my 3rd trip to David's Bridal in Lake Grove. 1st time for my daughter's wedding dress, second time for my dress and this time I brought my mother to look for her dress for my daughter's wedding. Once again I was NOT disappointed! We found just what my mother wanted in no time flat! Aimee and the rest of the David's Bridal team treated us like gold! Thank you again for a positive experience!
Went today with my niece. The entire staff was over the top helpful and caring. Lisa Sadusky was incredible and made a unique situation a joyful one for my niece. Everyone, including the seamstress showed love and compassion and it is the only place i would ever recommend to anyone
