My experience here was great. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I came in for a bridesmaid dress and it was ready two weeks later. When trying on the dresses, the staff were patient with us trying on so many! When my dress came, the size was too big, but they had me in right away to re measure me and they ordered a new one right away. I wasn't in a panic because we have another 9 months till the wedding and I think this was a one off mishap from the maker because even the staff seemed baffled by the size difference! Had a lovely day with my crew! It was a bit difficult sharing a consultant and I was overwhelmed that she wasn't really hearing what I wanted but once my bride tribe got to help I felt much better :) the staff was so helpful after we decided though and was so wonderful in accommodating the fact that we are from the Yukon.

The fitting appointment was quick. They were able to find what I wanted in no time, with good feedback on the dress choices. The alterations were done perfectly and returned in excellent time. People in both departments were very helpful and friendly.
