I came into David's Bridal in Langley, BC to find a "Mother of the Bride" dress. It was a wonderful experience as the consultants and the managers demonstrate knowledge about the dresses and bring a relational touch. I don't think I have been in a store with such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. All of the consultants work in collaboration. This is truly "the best case scenario" for the customers. Made my appointment online which was very convenient and easy. I was greeted as I walked into the store and then meet with Rykkel. She was very helpful with showing me dresses in the store I would be interested in, plus a few more options. She was very helpful, patient and kind. I believe I have found my dress.
