I got Jenny and she was absolutely amazing! She treated us like if we were her family. It was such a warm experience and made me feel so comfortable. She knew what I wanted before I did and gave me the full experience with every dress. I would recommend her to everyone !! Thank you so much for everything Jenny !
Great customer service at this location! They called to confirm my appointment, made sure I was all set, and gave me such a warm welcome when I arrived! Yolanda helped me find the perfect bridesmaids dress, and made sure that I understood my order details as we had to order a dress in a different color. I highly recommend this staff/location and can’t wait to come back for my alteration!
Jasmine and Vanessa were great for alterations. They altered everything I needed to be altered on my dress, and they were so nice and efficient. Definitely a 10/10 experience over in alterations.
Rosa was very helpful. Very patient. It took us 3 hours, but it was well worth it. She made sure everything fit just right and nothing was rushed. I felt valued. Would definitely recommend services. ❤️😀
