My consultant was Marissa. She was amazing! I ended up getting a dress that was the opposite of what I thought I wanted. It was a light grey Vera Wang which ended up setting the tone for our amazing wedding. Without Marissa's guidance I would not have even tried it on. Marissa was patient with the bridesmaids, my mother and myself and she really listened to what I wanted. She made the whole process easy. I was treated so nice by Jenny Knox. She made sure I was taken care of even with a store full of employees! My dress was alerted and the seamtress was wonderful. I forgot her name but she was a doll at making sure my dress was the way I wanted it.

I already had a great experience here in May to find my dress with Kathleen my consultant. I have been having a hard time finding some shoes that I like to match my dress. I went into Davids Bridal last night and tried on almost every shoe. Semaj was very patient with me and very helpful. The manager also helped and was very kind and patient. I was also surprised that staff there who never even worked with me before, remembered me. I feel very welcomed when I was at the store.

Walked in without an appointment while in town for work. Jenny Knox was the associate that assisted me with looking at dresses and she was simply amazing. She listened and recommended dresses for me and was wonderful to work with. She had the seamstress and other staff over working with us to find the correct fit and dress, even knowing I might not buy the dress from her since I'm not from Vegas. I went to Davids Bridal on Sahara after being at another dealer. They had the dress sizes, selection, and knowledgable staff. I was unsure the first day of what I wanted and went back the next day and found the perfect dress! They were very helpful and friendly. The one star removed is for the alteration center. I am so happy the dress fit me perfectly and the only thing I needed was a bussel. They had the dress for 3 weeks and the bussel was not short enough. David's Bridal has a great selection for brides not looking to spend thousands on their dress. The service was mediocre and the alterations were really sub-par. I only had my bustle done and first it was done incorrectly and then it wasn't ready when I came back to pick it up. At the reception, the bustle completely came out beyond repair 2/3 of the way through and we couldn't find our safety pins, so I had to carry or trip over my train the rest of the night. I bought by dress here a year before my wedding. I lost some weight, and I ended up exchanging my dress for a smaller size twice. The exchanges were done very easy, and they were delivered in a month each time. The staff was very friendly and polite. I also returned my veil, and that was also pretty easy. I purchased the preservation kit, and received my dress back about a month after my wedding. Everything was quick and easy here, and the staff is great.
