Kate was excellent! My sister in law and I tried on bridesmaid dresses and we were in and out within an hour. She is so kind and efficient.

Kate is an absolute gem! She was so sweet and helpful in my search for a bridesmaid dress. She was fun to chat with as I tried on all my options and made me feel comfortable and confident while she adjusted straps, clipped loose fabric, etc. I am notoriously indecisive but with Kate’s assistance was able to confidently end my appointment with a purchase I am happy with! I highly recommend this store!

After the absolute worst time with shipping mishaps and mixed up promises, I just want to say Shannon, Chelsea, and Alterations Thomas were the GREATEST. LEGITIMATELY SAVED THE DAY AND MY WEDDING 😭🥰 I was so frustrated and upset with all of the issues and this store stepped up and hit it out of the park. They all were so sweet and helpful and understanding.
