After having a terrible experience at a snobby wedding dress boutique in Lewisville, I chose this David's Bridal location to pick out my wedding dress. I had no idea what to expect since it's such a popular store due to its lower prices, but in the end, I was so happy that I chose them for my special day. The David's Bridal in Lewisville is great! Sneha & Christine made my visit seamless. They had great customer service, they were funny, and made great reccomedations. They also honored my military discount without the hassle of scannning barcodes and registering information. Thank you for making this piece of wedding planning easy.

Trinity and Melissa at David's Bridal are fantastic. They were patient and so helpful when we had a sizing problem with a bridesmaid's dress. Not only did they resolve the issue but the bridesmaid was happier with her new dress. They went above and beyond with all their help.

I am a Vice President of a local company and I train customer service all the time. These ladies are excellent!! Trinity worked with my wife with patience and made great suggestions.
