The alterations department did a wonderful job on my daughters prom dress! We bought her dress here and we will definitely make it our first choice for next year!
My initial appointment was wonderful, I can't remember my consultant's name but she was very helpful & encouraging. I found the dress I wanted which happened to be the only one in the store. It had a pink tag which they explained to me that I couldn't take it like I wanted to that day so other brides could try it on, no big deal. Fast forward to picking the dress up, I was called to come get it and I came a couple of days later, considering I don't live in Lexington but it's the closest store to me. I went into David's on a whim, no appointment at all. The initial greeting wasn't anything special. She seemed busy and uninterested. But I filled out the paperwork she set me up and we went on our way to look the show room. After a short wait my consultant, Sammy came up to me, introduced herself and did everything and anything to help me! She was great. My consultant was absolutely amazing and helped me find my dream dress with my dream budget! It was a great experience and I'd recommend it for anyone!
My lady was so absolutely sweet!!! I loved everything about my experience. She had long blonde hair and I didn't catch her name but I wish I did! She was very personal and I left feeling confident and beautiful with my unique dress choice :)))))
