My daughter bought her dress there. We were helped by Hailey, she was so kind and so helpful. She treated my daughter with so much respect and very professional. Today I could not go to the store, due to an illness. I was taken care of by Hailey. She went far beyond what was expected. She was wonderful. I would shop at your store because of Hailey.
I absolutely love Rachel E at DB. She helped me find my veil after my original consultant disappeared on me! My wedding dress is now complete because of her! If I could give more than 5 stars I totally would!
I went in a couple of different times and worked with Lacey. She was so friendly and she treated me like family from the very beginning. She helped me with everything from 6 bridesmaid dresses to finding the perfect wedding dress on my 2nd visit. Due to some family emergencies we had to move my wedding up about 6 months so I went in and met with Lacey again and she took great care of me, and paired me with Rachel as she was busy with another bride at the same time. I had a great experience with Lauren! She was so helpful and was very patient with me. She listened to all of my feedback and even recommended a dress based on my feedback that was on the clearance rack! Lauren and Rachel answered all of my questions and helped me find my perfect dress! My bridesmaids even found their dresses too. I highly recommend Lauren - she was wonderful!
I had an appointment yesterday at 1:30 to try on wedding gowns and I pretty much knew what I was looking for but the stylist I got her name was Brittany and she was AWESOME! She was very very sweet and helpful! And made me feel great while trying on dresses. So thank you to Brittany for an awesome experience! I said yes to the dress yesterday thanks to you!!! ���
I have had the absolute best experience with David's Bridal in Lexington! Rachel (Assistant Manager) has been the best. Tailoring to every question, ridiculous request I've had. She has calmed me down when I get stressed about things. I would recommend everyone coming here!! ❤️ I couldn't imagine myself in anything else, all thanks to her!
