I have had positive experiences at the David's in London for my dress, my MOH as well as my mom's dress. The day of the fitting was wonderful, and the seamstress was awesome. Very talkative, which was great for my mom! This is a busy location. With appointments scheduled as well as walk-ins, I believe the staff do the best they can. Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly. Costs do add up quickly, so knowing your limits are important, as with taxes, accessories and alterations, the cost increases quickly!! Excellent selection of dresses. Friendly staff. Alterations are quite expensive though. It was a huge expense that I was not counting on, make sure you prepare for that.
I've had a couple appointments so far and each time I go I've had an amazing experience! My very first appointment with Sandra I said "yes" to the dress. She was wonderful and made sure everything was going to be ordered correctly. She spend a lot of time double checking the information! My bridesmaids and I went again on a whim to start looking for their dresses. This time we were with Sarah and she was wonderful as well! I can't wait to go back again!
I bought my dress today!! And I'm in love with it. Kathy was so amazing and made my choice so easy and helped with everything!!! Thank you so much. I can't wait for it to come in for a fitting!
I worked with Sarah at the David's Bridal in London today, she was amazing! I never felt rushed and she helped me try of different styles so I knew exactly what I liked. She helped me find the perfect one!
Very good job. Did not pressure me to buy. Allison did an excellent job putting me into all the dresses.
Fantastic customer service. Jessie was wonderful. My daughter's dress that I had ordered didn't fit. They were so great and helped me find a dress that she would wear. I would highly recommend David for all your dress need.
