The girls in the shop were very helpful and was pleased with their service. However the trying on experience was horrendous. The dressing room felt small and claustrophobic. It was 95 degrees outside and absolutely no ventilation in the dressing. There are also no mirrors which I get, they want you to come out to see it but this made getting the dress on difficult. The first dress I was dripping sweat because it was so hot and stuffy in the room, it was sticking to me and it was getting all twisted and if there was a mirror ... read more

WORST EXPERIENCE ever 😠😡🤬, yesterday my sister went to pick up her wedding dress and they didn't had it ready for the 5th time, they still had to do more alterations, they keep on giving her the round and round, discriminating her because she doesn't speak any English, and to top it of the seamstress told her "you better not gain more weight, other wise you will have to pay more" what kind of services is that, after talking to the manager she told my sister that she was just going to cancel her dress alterations, and we a... read more

Went shopping for my 25th Wedding Anniversary and I was not very pleased with the girl assigned to our appointment, she kept disappearing. Every time I came out of the dressing room she was no where to be found. My Daughter and Daughter in law were trying on dresses, we had to help each other. On my 4th dress that I said yes to, she was finally available. I'm hoping I have a better experience with alterations when I go. I had such a poor experience, I am so disappointed. Firstly, when I went for the first time, the person who “helped” me was no help at all. She was more concerned with the wedding party that walked in after me. She gave me a choice of three dresses (none in my size). I walked out. I took my MOH and one of my bridesmaids to look at dresses for them. The one I wanted wasn't available for them to try on at that store because it was a newer style. The sales associate checked the system and none of the other stores have samples to try on either. I had the girls try on the long version of the dress in hopes that it'll fit them the same as the knee length one I want them to wear. These stores should keep stock of all the dresses they advertise or at least have them in a store close enough to go to.

It was ok. I got my dress from another store but my bridesmaids got their dresses. They are great dresses. I hate how expensive it is to get a dress altered
