We made an appt. to come in to try on prom dresses. The first girl showed us to a fitting room and left. When she finally came back, she apologized, said she got tied up with another customer. She never really helped with anything. Next thing you know, she brings another employee over. I told her our budget, and she commented on how her prom dress budget was way different, because she was the only girl in her family, and then proceeded to ask if our daughter is our only girl. I had 2 consultants Haley and Genesis they were both great and helped in every way I needed. Haley reminded me that it was about what I like it about my family's favorite dresses. Haley ran around pulling every dress she thought I would like. They both were very supportive and very professional!

Horrible experience in trying on dresses. Ordered dress January 1st and went to pick it up today and there were multiple snags on the dress. I think the first staff member did something to the dress when it arrived.
