We came in this past Saturday, 4/7/18, and did not have an appointment. Although they were busy, an associate was able to help us, I think her name was Aleri. She was amazing and made this a wonderful experience. She was extremely patient, and very helpful in finding accessories to go with the different dresses. She stayed under budget, which has been a problem in other stores, and seemed to have an intuitive sense of what dresses "were" the bride.
