I had the BEST customer service ever on my visit yesterday! I had to exchange some shoes but they didn't have the sizes I needed. They gladly ordered them. Everyone was extremely kind! Sylvia you are da bomb! Your customer service was A1!! Thanks to the supervisor on shift last night and the young lady who assisted me with trying on a dress. Again, great experience!!!
Stephanie was an amazing stylist. She was sweet and professional. However I did not give this business a full 5 stars because the last time I was there the stylist I had told me she wanted be to lose 4 dress sizes. I gave her no indication that I was uncomfortable about my weight. That was very inappropriate and unprofessional of her to give her opinion about what size she thinks I should be. And she was bigger than me!
I had a lovely time with my consultant, Aleri. She humored me when I was indecisive and I am so thankful for her patience. The only thing that changed my review from 5 stars to 4 is that you have to make an appointment to try anything on. It seems that this requirement is not advertised well, as many people came in not knowing they needed an appointment, myself included. I had to come back the next week to try on dresses. Otherwise, I had a great experience and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a formal dress.
The people are kind, caring and attentive. I cannot think of a better place to buy a gown then at David's Bridal. We are totally satisfied. I am glad though that I have only one daughter!
Our experience at Davids Bridal in Macon Ga was excellent. Amber was our consultant and she was great. She was very helpful and had such an awesome personality. Made sure she stayed with my granddaughter until the perfect dress was found. The whole staff was so attentive to our needs. Thanks a bunch to you all!
