On monday I went in to this location and had excellent service! I became pregnant since I bought my bridesmaid dress and the ladies helped fit me and allowed an exchange. The employees/management were kind, helpful and friendly. I would shop here again and I will. Thank you ladies for what you did for me!

I had an appointment for 11am, when we got there they said I didn't and no one was available to help us! At first I was annoyed, obviously, but then one of the ladies stepped up and helped us. She was awesome and very friendly. No pressure just super helpful. We found my daughters dress and she couldn't be happier.
We stopped into this location after a terrible experience at the Novi location. We had April helping us find bridesmaids dresses. She was amazing and was supper helpful!! We had a dress pricked out is 20 mins! We were at Novi stores for two hours and left with no dress and feeling so defeated. Can't say what a relief it was. We wished we would have just went to Madison Heights to begin with.
Very nice. I'm getting my gown from there. Possibly my dress for my birthday.
