I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. I came in, told them what I needed, and they helped me. I needed to try on a bridesmaid dress. They got 2 different sizes and took me to the dressing room. Then put my size in the computer. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I would recommend them to family members.
I loved it Samantha was so helpful and fun. She made it very easy on me to find my dresses.
My whole experience at David's Bridal was ok when I went to the Madison store to get fitted for my bridesmaid dress. Their only problem was it was other people in the store trying on dresses and I kept having to go find the person that was helping me. My brother had to help zip my dresses up for me cause the lady kept disappearing on me and that was the only problem. I could think of having while I was visiting the store.
I had the best experience the last time I went. Ebony was assigned to me and she was so awesome! She took the time to fit me to every single dress I tried on and because of her I got the dress! Every experience wasn't the best because they don't have enough help but all in all it was nice meeting her!
Our stylist Amber was awesome. She went the extra mile of picking out different accessories that complimented each dress my sister tried on. Then, to mKe picking easier, she helped pick the top 3 favorites and let her try them on again. We never felt rushed or anything. Wonderful experience.
First, I absolutely love the new store. It's definitely an upgrade!! I have visited the store frequently in the past few weeks, and it's such a pleasure to be greeted & recognized with a smile each time. Tonya Johnson (store manager) and LaTonya Bullie have been so helpful during this journey. Thanks for your patience and expertise....
