Davids bridal was able to accomodate alteration with a quick turnaround time and Semita did a great job. Happy with alterations.

Nghi Dao In one word to describe her will be that she is 'Awesome '.Not only she helped amazingly with the alterations but she also was very caring and helped me with getting the perfect look for the dress. I will love to come back again. Thank you Nghi!!!

Didn't go well...I made an appointment and the woman helping me didn't help at all. She had about 3 other brides she was helping. The quality of the accessories isn't great either

I’d leave 0 stars but I don’t have that option. I was treated awesome when I set an appt for my wedding dress a couple years ago so I figured why not do the same for my daughter for her prom dress. I set the appt, we show up. The only thing they did was point to the area where the dresses were located. We found 2 dresses to try on. Stood there at the front desk area for close to 10 minutes waiting for the attendant to help us to the dressing room. Finally some random woman took a sticker and placed it on a dressing room door... read more

19 hours agoNEW Had an appointment at David's Bridal for 12:00. Arrived about 5 minutes early behind one other party with the same time appointment. They had us all wait around the wedding dresses to browse before a stylist was ready for us. So the group ahead of me goes first, and a few others groups shuffle in. I'm standing waiting. All those groups get helped while I'm still waiting. One of the stylists notices me standing for a bit, and asks if anyone's helped me. I say no so she lets the other associates know. Nghi Dao did a fantastic job with my dress. It came out perfect and fit just right I'm every way that it should. And she never stop to keep making it perfect for me! She see things on the dress that I may not have notice myself and fixed right away for me. Beyond happy with her expert skills!
