Davids bridal was able to accomodate alteration with a quick turnaround time and Semita did a great job. Happy with alterations.

Didn't go well...I made an appointment and the woman helping me didn't help at all. She had about 3 other brides she was helping. The quality of the accessories isn't great either

I purchased a dress online for my granddaughter. It did not fit her. I tried to get in touch with David's return on the phone. I waited for over 30 min and received no answer. I then purchased the same dress in a different size as time was of the essence. I went to David's Bridal in Manchester CT, and the staff there was wonderful. I’d leave 0 stars but I don’t have that option. I was treated awesome when I set an appt for my wedding dress a couple years ago so I figured why not do the same for my daughter for her prom dress. I set the appt, we show up. The only thing they did was point to the area where the dresses were located. We found 2 dresses to try on. Stood there at the front desk area for close to 10 minutes waiting for the attendant to help us to the dressing room. 19 hours agoNEW Had an appointment at David's Bridal for 12:00. Arrived about 5 minutes early behind one other party with the same time appointment. They had us all wait around the wedding dresses to browse before a stylist was ready for us. So the group ahead of me goes first, and a few others groups shuffle in. I'm standing waiting.
