The floor staff is very kind and patient. I found a gorgeous david's bridal brand dress that I will love for forever. Bridesmaids dresses were hard because the salon was so packed. The alterations department needs work. My alterations were 500+ $$ because of bustles that frankly did NOT look good and were done incorrectly the first time. The bridesmaids dresses were great until they were altered and then developed weird lumps and bulges in the dress. It needs work but overall is not a bad place

I absolutely loved my dress, I felt like such a princess. And it was so reasonably priced! I just wish the bustles were a little easier for my MOH and mom to figure out at the wedding.

My girls and I had a pleasant experience. I was able to "say yes to the dress" in one visit to David's Bridal. They had exactly what I was looking for. I just wish our consultant wasn't so distracted with other brides.

I purchased my wedding dress and had it altered at David's Bridal (purchased in Manchester and altered in Orange), and I honestly couldn't be happier. I found the perfect dress for a great price, and the alterations department did wonders with taking it in after I lost 35 pounds. Everyone said I looked absolutely stunning and that my dress was unbelievably gorgeous, and I have David's Bridal to thank :)

I decided not to buy my wedding dress from David's Bridal due to my last two experiences at this branch. Low and behold my MOH had the WORST experience. Her dress was ordered in the wrong size, they charged her to fix their problem, the next dress came in stained, they told her "it is fine" - a large bleach stain on a bright blue dress is not fine! Once all this was settled they charged her more for alterations than the dress actually cost, on top of it all it was an off the rack dress with no discount given!!! My bridesmaid... read more

I got my gown cleaned and preserved through David's Bridal. I got the kit at half price which was great for it's value. My gown, sash, and veil came back in beautiful shape but there is a white ribbon over the sash that I wish they had put under the purple one or at least o the white part of my gown. From what I can tell, the gown is cleaned well. There was dirt and some mud on the bottom of my dress from pictures. While I cannot see if it is all off (the box is sealed and shrink wrapped) from what I can tell it is.

After 2 back to back trips to David's bridal i finally walked away with my dream gown. It was the last dress I tried on but the perfect one for me. Aida was the sales associate that helped me. No others that helped me after paled in comparison to her. She was very dedicated and patient as I went crazy trying on at least 30-45 dresses in 2 days. She was absolutely amazing and thanks to her I had the dress of my dreams.
