I came into David’s bridal 3 weeks before my wedding. I was so embarrassed because I know you need more time than that to order a dress. I also came in an hour before my appointment willing to just wait and look around but the girls made me feel like i was the only person in the entire store. Jordan made me feel so comfortable and never once did she make me feel awkward or say a negative comment because it was so close to my wedding which was my biggest fear going in looking for dresses. My daughter and I stopped in to look at prom dresses. We did not have an appointment so I was not anticipating to walk out with a dress. But Abbey was extremely helpful and we ended up buying a dress and jewelry too. She was an amazing salesperson. Very professional and knowledgeable of all the dresses. She showed us dresses that we would not have normally select for ourselves. She had a good eye about what would look good on my daughter and made appropriate suggestions. Highly recommend working with her.

This experience was absolutely horrendous and I will not be going back for a multitude of reasons, mainly there terrible customer service when they made an error. 1. They charged me incorrectly for things I did not have done, then claimed I had to drive back on another day to be refunded because they didn't know how to work the system. 2. They put the wrong cup sizes in my dress and then acted like it was my fault - "Why do you have B cups when you need D cups?" This has to be the worst location around all of the people in their are racist and lost my cousins reservation yet couldn't help her on her special day were you guys upset because she was prettiest in the room even without the white gown on. You are there to provide a service yet you refused service you are lucky I wasn't with her I would have whooped some ass and sued the entire company you dumb ugly white bitches violated her civil right. When I walked in I was greeted warmly and they let me look first then assisted me with me choices. Very pleasant customer service. I bought my wedding dress and my 50th birthday party dress and now the dress for my son's wedding at David's Bridal. Very pleasant experience
