I was welcomed on the spot employees very polite and helpful. I'm a plus size figure and I was very upset that there was not enough plus sizes in store of each style to purchase at last minute shopping. I only had 2 styles that fit me and only 1 that was the color i needed.

Bought my wedding dress here. Great experience Erica was amazing. Came back few months later to get mother of the bride dress and m-o-h dress and horrible experience. I looked for dresses my self. I had to keep asking a different associate for help because I couldn't fine mine anywhere. It was frustrating. So I just did everything myself. Later she came back and said oh ma'am I can do that or let me help. I just said no I got it thanks. I was done.

It was a fun & wonderful experience for the most part , the thrill of working for a bridal store was something I always wanted. But unfortunately if your not well versed in computers this is not the job for you because as a CSR is more or less a glorified custodian position, who answers the phone & makes appointments & cleans.
