I had a great experience here today! Renata (I hope that’s right) was my consultant and she told me that you don’t know what you want until you try it on and sure enough she was right! Her and Chad were the bomb! And on my first shopping trip I said YES to the dress!
I loved my experience . I've never been the person to dream of a extravagant wedding dress so wen I walked in I was like simple and get it over with, bt Ms. Rachel came in and said we are goin to try different styles it's ur big day you dont want simple lol and sure enough the second dress of her choice I feel in love with thanks for making me feel special
So long story short I got a dress from the David’s bridal in Franklin. They were very helpful but I went home with a dress I didn’t love. I was super upset because I thought I wasn’t going to be able to exchange my dress for the one I loved but I went into the Memphis David’s bridal and WOW! They were sooo sweet and wonderfully helpful! Chad Johnson was a life saver! Helped me with everything! He made me feel beautiful in the dress I picked and made the exchange process so simple.
