Amazing experience. I had no idea where to start when looking for a wedding dress. I chose this place because it seemed like they had a lot of options, and they did! I had no idea what I was looking for. The ladies here are wonderful and top notch customer service. All the questions I had, they answered and made me feel very comfortable. I found my perfect dress and couldn't have done it without them, and so quick too. Definitely recommend.
Special thanks to Carla who helped me find my beautiful wedding dress! They have a lot of beautiful dresses and in a wide range of prices. The dress even arrived faster than expected (less than a month). They didn’t have an alterations specialist in the store but they recommended someone great!!
I was emailed 4 weeks b4 my brothers wedding that my bridesmaid gown would take another 15 weeks to ship. I came into David's Bridal so distraught & Debbie saved the day! She was empathetic, knowledgeable & gave the best advice. I left with a gown & feeling one thousand times better than when I came in. Great customer service from the greeter, to Debbie to checking out. Thank you all!
Went shopping there for my daughter's prom dress. Was greeted right away by two different people. The second one was very helpful in finding dresses. I just want people to remember to include mom in things, too. I'm not just the person paying. This is my oldest girl. At first, I felt like a third wheel. It wasn't until I asked a question about their busy season that she decided to talk to me also. After that things were smoother.
Miranda M. was the Best! Very patient, professional & knowledgeable as to what I was looking for. She has an Excellent memory as well. All the staff was great too. Good team work. I can't wait to pick up my wedding dress.
