I went in to look at wedding dresses. Claudia helped me and was AMAZING!!!! She was very helping and knowledgeable, because of her is why I ended up purchasing a beautiful dress! They didn't have anything my size (size 2) but she clipped it so well it didn't matter! She made it all about me and made me feel like I was her best friend! I would recommend that they have small bottles of water to offer to the customers, I know I was super thirsty! If it wasn't for angel and his enthusiasm, I would have never found a dress. He wasn't my sales rep, Crystal was. She was nice but due to her being scheduled to two different brides at the same time, she was back and forth, and just not there for me. However, angel walked by as soon as I walked out and his face expression said it all. He honestly confirmed it was the one. I had many duds and was ready to give up!
The customer service and selection was great, however just 1.5 hours is not even enough. We will have to drive back in town (90 miles)more than once to find a dress. Already have another appointment set to do so.
I personally think the appointment times need to be longer than an hour and a half. I only got to try on 5-6 dresses. But other than that I liked it
Perfect! Started out a little sketchy because we had a new person but other bridesmaids rep came and they were FANTASTIC!!! I went only 4 my bridesmaids but i wanted to try a dress for me. I didn't ha ve a bridal appt. Yet Mrs. Amy (mgr) was sweet enough to say she would find mw a spot & it was quick! Crystal the brides rep stated the dress i liked online was not in the store. The customer service was good. No waiting for our appointment. The alterations lady was kind and helpful. I just thought the price for alterations was really high. $150 to let out the hips a little and take up the shoulders!
I over the experience and I found a great dress. They listen to your needs
Loved Angel, i didn't get him until the end of my appointment had someone else and was really ready to leave, he made it fabulous!!!!
