Was amazing service today! I was very concerned about whether they were going to be able to make my dress more modest with my large chest. They made me feel very comfortable and treated like it was normal! Would recommend the alterations here to anyone!
I got my bridal shower dress from DB in Mississauga, I got it altered to match my vision. Elsie & Lul did a phenomenal job helping me pick the dress. I’m so incredibly grateful for the alterations team, especially Anne, Maria & Bindu. Anne basically redesigned my dress from scratch to make my dream come true, she was so kind, patient, professional & punctual. Maria gave me advise like family, she was so loving & experienced. Can’t wait to wear it!!
Aan, she is the pest I liked the way she was asking me how I like it and if I want to do any other changes, she kept talking to me to not get me bored, she asked me if I liked it on every step she was doing I liked her a lot
The staff here is amazing! They are very attentive and focused on the customer. Special shoutout to Magdalena, Bindu, and Val for helping me find my wedding dress plus accessories at the last minute (literally!). They even called me when I accidentally left my jewelry at the store! I highly recommend this branch!!!
Amazing experience with all the associates at this location. They’re very friendly and answer any questions you have with no hesitation. Bindu is so friendly and great at what she does. Turn around time for alterations is very reasonable as well. Will definitely be recommending!
