I bought my wedding dress at David's Bridal, that happened last September 2018. I was being well treated, until the sales lady started being rude at my mother-in-law whenever she was going to give her opinion, saying that "she was not the bride so she didn't get to choose the dress". I tried to not take it personally and ended up buying the dress I fell in love with. I got my dress from them, and I had to do my alterations there. During the alterations one of te stylist had her finger cut and put a blood stain on my dress and they cleaned it after I got so nervous and I was shouting, but after they gave me my dress (final sale) I tried it at home and I found a black stains all over the borders from the alterations. I went to have my belt and vail from there to match the dress since I’m not from Canada and I don’t know any other shops that has accessories to match the dress, the manager ... read more
