My experience at David's Bridal was not only wonderful for me, the bride, but also my family who accompanied me to my visit. Agnes, our stylist, was incredibly accommodating and knew exactly what I was looking for. Her advice was 100% spot on and her honesty was so very appreciated. I trusted her completely and ultimately found the perfect dress for me, something I never expected to find in just one visit. Great experience from the girl who check me in to the consultant who help me get fitted for my bridesmaid dress. Both associates where super helpful and great to deal with!

The actual retail experience was great - friendly, knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond. Booking the appointment was extremely frustrating. While you can book an appointment online, it does not register with their system. If going to this store, would highly recommend booking online to avoid the frustration.

The lady who helped me was amazing! However, I had on this dress and another coworker was with a customer who had the same dress as me and the coworker was telling her customer how much better she looked and that my dress didn't even look good... I understand wanting sales but I think there is a more positive way to do so! But overall I am so happy with how my appointment went, the lady who was helping me was so down to earth, and I am completely in love with the dress!

The woman who helped us out, Chelsea, was so helpful. She caught on to the styles I was leaning towards, showed me some I hadn't even considered, but still fell in love with,, told us options with problem solving fit issues, and pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible.
