Antoinette was our consultant and she was superb! Professional, knowledgeable, articulate, warm, and fun. My daughter chose her wedding dress, we got the five bridesmaids dresses, a flower girl dress, and two mother-of-the bride dresses. We had multiple appointments and each time was a very positive experience. Antoinette knows her stuff, is honest, and makes excellent suggestions. Bindhu and some of her ladies did our alterations. I had a wonderful experience at this location. My consultant, Agnes was exceptional. She was so patient, listened to what my vision was and with her experience and skills, we found my dress! In fact, the first dress ended up being my dress (tried on about 10). She was not only attentive to me, but to my bridesmaids and my mother. I came here a week ago and found a dress but I wasn’t ready to commit to buying at the end of the appointment. I’m so glad that I didn’t. Looking back on photos from my appointment, I realized that my “second place” dress was actually my dress. I called my wonderful consultant, Agnes, and she worked with me, going out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. I bought a dress there easy enough in March for my July wedding. I made my alteration appointment on the spot, called to confirm the time this very morning, and just moments ago recieved a call cancelling and rescheduling my appointment, as you've just decided (apparently in the past few hours) to change your opening hours in June. My appointment was made for Saturday May 12 in Mississauga and we had Rachel as our consultant and she was so accommodating. We were a busy group of 6 with a lot of opinions and she helped us find beautiful gowns in the color I was looking for. Thank you!!

I had another amazing experience with my seamstress Ann. She reworked my dress and made it into the vision I had in my head. She has altered a number of dresses for me and each time I am more impressed. Highly recommend you request Ann!!
