Tenia was helpful and patient. She listened well to my daughter's wants and our budget. Although, we spent more🤣. She helped to make my daughter feel special. Also, the manager there was very kind, thoughtful, and very helpful throughout the process. When I need myself a beautiful dress, I definitely know where I'm going. Thank you ladies for a lovely experience. Grateful mom🤩

No matter young or old everyone loves to be bride . 1st or 7 wedding they didn’t make you feel pretty , didn’t give you the opportunity to be beautiful,, my wedding over can’t take it back but they could of been more helpful

I was very disappointed with the way we were treated about too wait 30 mins for a bridal expert which was no issue. But for the lady too tell us to we can look at dresses and grab it if we like just dont touch the back isle that's also fine but another lady (employee) came and snatched the dress I wanted too try on and said you cant pull any dress off the shelf.. So I left and went somewhere else it was an amazing experience I was welcomed and treated too all my needs it was super personal.

I am so upset disappointed with today my daughter has already paid over $2000 for her dress and had appt today for her final fitting and pick out mother’s dress the difference between was amazing . It was madness prom M G they was grabbing dresses and fighting over them. She left in tears 😭

I contacted customer service as website clearly state some items are able to be exchanged. I do not want to return the dress - I need to exchange it for something else. New with tags and in original bag. I've bought 4 dresses from the Mobile store for my daughters but will buy no more. Customer Service told me their were signs stating sales were final. I was there to shop - not read. It would've been nice to be informed of the policy.

I made an alterations appointment a week in advance for my bridesmaid dress, and they did not bother to put it in the system. I drove over an hour just to be told that I would have to come back at another time if I wanted to be served. I will be taking my alterations business elsewhere.

The hours were not changed on the website and I made 2 trips to the store on days they were now closed and at a time that was changed. I live over an hour away so it was an inconvenience to me. I picked out a bridesmaid dress, size, color and style. The dress that came in for me was the wrong color, wrong style and wrong size. Very poor experience with David’s bridal. I do not recommend unless you are planning several months in advance.
