They were helpful in choosing the bridal gowns always asking the bride if she liked certain aspects. Any questions were answered thoroughly and professionally, even offering information that we forgot to ask. The bride was allowed to try on and choose any gowns she liked. Kelsey was amazing!! She helped me find my dream dress, she was very social and made me feel comfortable in every situation. My favorite part was how patient she was with me especially since I had never tried on dresses before! I 10/10 recommended her to anyone!

This was the best experience we have ever had. The manager and lady assisting us were fantastic. We got extra help and ideas and it was awesome. I highly recommend this particular store.

The whole experience was amazing! Everyone was positive, welcoming and the perfect combination of fun and professional. My attendant (Kelsey) was fabulous and helpful in every way and minimized the stress of the process while I picked my dress. She even went above and beyond and helped us select bridesmaid options.

The Mobile, Alabama store is fabulous!!!! We have been looking for months for a Debutante ball gown. We were traveling through Mobile and decided to stop and just see if they had anything. It was close to closing, but the associates working were all pleasant and helpful. We tried on a few and we were not wowed with them or they were not in the right color (white). Wonderful experience at David's Bridal. Needed a White Gown for our Home Coming Queen at W.S. Neal High School in less than two weeks and they helped us find "The One"! After running all over Pensacola trying to find dresses to try on we ventured to Mobile where their staff was amazing! Huge Props to the Customer Service and making our Home Coming Queen feel special! Better yet...no alterations was needed and we were able to walk out with the dress! Her smile said it all!!!
