very helpful; found the perfect dress in less than 1 hour
I was very pleased with their selection of dresses and their professionalism. The little bell you ring at the end was a fun touch too after picking a dress!
When I bought my dress the assistant was wonderful. Very helpful and sweet. However, there was some confusion and she told me alterations were no extra cost. I don't know if she was new or what but when I got closer to my wedding and wanted about two inches taken off the bottom I made an appointment for alterations. No one over the phone mentioned a price (nearly $130 just for those two inches) and the woman was very rude to me when I got there and said I must have been misinformed. I originally bought my wedding dress back in March and I loved it! But then I had a breast reduction 2 months before the wedding, and the dress didn't fit anymore. David's Bridal was so accommodating! They helped me find another dress AND allowed me to trade in my dress for the new one and pay the difference. They also got my bridesmaid a dress 2 days before the wedding! They were absolutely amazing!
I came into David's on Friday and I had Lauren who was wonderful, as always. But the manager Emilee calmed all of my fears about my wedding dress and really took the time to listen to the situation at hand. She was patient and understanding and I can now say i'm walking down the aisle in the perfect dress!

I visited this David's Bridal location with my Mom, Aunt, and Grandmother (tough crowd). From the time we walked in the door through the gown selections and try-ons, we were treated exceptionally well. Our attendant Sonja was an absolute joy and Charmaine was very helpful with dress and other Wedding related suggestions. They treated us like family. I finally rang the bell saying Yes to the dress. I cant sing enough praises with the entire Staff and how they enhanced this moment for me with my family.
