My daughter bought a dress ten months ago but then lost some weight and decided that wasn’t the dress for her. Not only did they agree to exchange the dress and put the money towards a new one; Sydney was amazing in helping my daughter find the perfect dress! Excellent customer service

I literally love the customer service I received from this store. The woman that fully helped me try on dresses was the absolute best. Her name is Sue. Sue went above and beyond with me. By the end of trying dresses on I felt bad because I retried on two dresses. but she was the most loveliest woman and didn’t mind. Sue is the type of customer specialist who goes above and beyond but doesn’t push to buy a dress. I know that’s their specialty but she made me want to buy a dress without being that extra pushy sales person. She... read more
I went and got a wedding dress here and the ladies were are all helpful. They were not pushy and I felt completely comfortable.
