My daughter bought a dress ten months ago but then lost some weight and decided that wasn’t the dress for her. Not only did they agree to exchange the dress and put the money towards a new one; Sydney was amazing in helping my daughter find the perfect dress! Excellent customer service
They really took their time to find out what my daughter was looking for. Explained everything (costs,and any extra charges)
I do want to say the manager made my niece feel like a princess today and the experience was amazing she said yes to the dress
My granddaughter was fitted in a most beautiful gown. The staff was very attentive and seemed to know in advance what type of dress fit her style
They were friendly and helpful and Susie was great! If you go, ask for Susie.
I literally love the customer service I received from this store. The woman that fully helped me try on dresses was the absolute best. Her name is Sue. Sue went above and beyond with me. By the end of trying dresses on I felt bad because I retried on two dresses. but she was the most loveliest woman and didn’t mind. Sue is the type of customer specialist who goes above and beyond but doesn’t push to buy a dress. I went and got a wedding dress here and the ladies were are all helpful. They were not pushy and I felt completely comfortable.
