Sophia was quick, friendly and most importantly very good with figuring out what works best with the information you give her. I went in with a very general idea of what I wanted and she made note of everything throughout the whole process. I was able to try on about 7 dresses and had the problem of liking a lot of them! We were able to narrow down which ones I liked the least as we went which made it move along quickly. My daughter needed a formal dress, for her military ball ASAP. (Not due to lack of preparedness, but the dress we had originally ordered was damaged upon arrival.) The sales associate, who was a newer hire. She was eager to help. She listened. She was there every step of the way. As picky and difficult as my daughter was on this particular day(teenagers!), the associate never flinched. Eventually we found THE dress. Some people may not appreciate that level of service. I do! Sophia Caruthers was amazing!! She was so incredibly helpful, and I ended up with the gorgeous dress she picked!!! Thank you for helping make my dream come true!! 3/15/24 update: Just went back for my final fitting, and they did AMAZING!!! Hem, corset back added, and a few other things, and I couldn't be happier!!! 🥹🥰

I went there for my sister and she did find her dress but how disturbed we were in such a classy place by the bathroom was unsettling. Literal pee on the toilet seat and floor and garbage everywhere it looked like no one’s swept/mopped or even cleaned that in so long and then to go try on a dress. 🫣 it felt like a run down gas station bathroom and if it were me as a bride trying on a dress I’d be very grossed out.
