Buyer Beware! Ordered a $200 bridesmaid dress in late June. Was told I was getting a brand new dress from the warehouse. Went to pick it up yesterday...thank god I checked it before leaving......and the dress was makeup stained and clearly pre-worn. Manager told me the only thing they could do was order another that will come 3 weeks before the event. My dress needs to be altered, and their alterations window is 5 weeks! This store has really bad customer Service. Mangers where rude and not helpful at all. I will never return to this store or maybe any other David's bridal.
