I had Karen as our consultant we had 3 appointments and every time she gave us the personal attention we needed. Great prices, a great wedding gown selection, and a great location for dress shopping and dinner, however the women that was “stuck” (I use that word because that’s how she made us feel) with us made our first experience mediocore at best. At one point she got so... put off, aggrevated, and irritated with us she walked away with an eye roll, slamming dressing room doors.
