My appointment to try on dresses was my first red flag. It was simply awful. My “stylist” thought this was “say yes to the dress”. She told me to start looking and then, when I turned to find my mom and group, they were all gone. She apparently told them they had to sit while I looked, but she let my aunt stay. Was a little un organized in regards to finding the sizes for the bridesmaids and it seemed like our helper was helping someone else as well, this happened to me when I found my wedding dress. Fortunately there is a variety and the conscience of getting a decent dress for an affordable price, I would recommend Davids bridal simply for the conscience not customer service or organization.

First and foremost staff was great and the experience was awesome did not feel rushed at all will definitely go to Attleboro location vs Dedham much more spacious and calm

No one seems to know what's going on. We walked into the store early for a 1:00 appointment and were directed to the back of the store where we were told someone would meet us. No one ever showed up. We looked at shoes, no offer of help. Finally we had to go looking for help because we were afraid we'd miss the alteration appointment. While waiting at the front desk, a girl happened to walk by and asked if I needed help, we were then directed to the back again into the wrong area but we ended up finding the correct room. I went into the store not looking for a lace dress just looking for something simple. The manager of the store was the consultant working with me and informed me that a non lace dress was hard to find, but she searched through racks and found me a few. She was determined to find me a dress I would love. After trying on a handful of dresses I found the one, but had some hesitation. My salesperson Missy and Staff were great. She listened to what I was looking for and really did well helping me make my purchase. She was pleasant, easy to work with, and I left quite happy. I will say however, that your store needs updating. The lighting is very drab, the rugs need to be redone. When a bride walks into buy a dress, she wants clean, crisp, and classy. Sales people were great, the North Attleboro locations needs to be upgraded.
