Luz in alterations was nothing short of AMAZING!!! When I first bought my dress, I had recently had a baby so by the time alterations were needed I lost a lot of weight. Luz made sure to stay late to get the dress exactly how I envisioned it. There was an issue with having the dress lined and Luz made sure to find the perfect lining to fit my needs. The stylist, Jewel A, has been beyond helpful. I've gone in there 3 times because the bride changed dresses and each time she's been there and helpful. To my surprise she recognized my husband and I each time and checked to be sure we were being taken care of. She is someone that goes beyond her job title. This is so appreciated especially when frankly I've been to many DB's that the staff seemed apathetic or borderline rude. Ms. Luz is amazing! She transformed the dress from perfect to beyond fabulous! We weren’t sure about the cleavage and she took a sleeve we weren’t using and added a bridge, We couldn’t have thought about that ever! She cinched the waist, added a belt to take it to the next level. The front slit in the dress she closed up just the way we needed.
