Our sales rep Amana was absolutely fabulous. She took her time with us even though she had brides to help. My daughter was very comfortable with her and thought she was down to earth and so nice. Thanks to Amana my daughter has the perfect prom dress.
Even though I didn't have an appointment they were very helpful and patient with me and pulled a dress that I hadn't seen. And it ended up being my dress thank you Amanda!!!!!
Bethany (I so hope that's right) was awesome � Drove 110 miles to go to this store for a Cotillion Ball Gown after a horrible experience at Toledo store. We had no appt & my teen was able to squeeze n a fitting between 2 bridal parties..only time to try on ONE dress. Guess what, it fit perfectly, she LOVED it and we purchased it! I purchased my dress several months ago and brought it in to do the alterations, it was at that time we discovered an imperfection in the dress. My wedding is in 2 months!! I waa having a slight anexity attack.... The ladies at David's Bridal in North Olmsted calmed me, assured me they would try to find the exact dress at another location, but if I wanted to browse the racks.... go ahead. I stopped in to try on bridesmaid dresses and the staff was friendly and prompt. They helped me pick out several different dresses and I ended up finding the perfect one! Very pleased with my experience.
Very friendly ,very helpful and accommodating.I had my dress ordered , and once it came in we went for our fitting for alterations, and all the help there was friendly.They made us feel comfortable
Been to the north Olmsted location twice so far; the first time just to look at and try on wedding dresses for myself and ended up falling in love and purchasing my dress! The second time was to check out bridesmaids dresses and both occasions went beautifully!
I originally purchased my dress last October through David's in North Olmsted and had a wonderful experience. I took my dress home that same day because it was a discontinued style and the one they had in store was a good fit at the time. Lo and behold, next time I visited my mom's house (where we were keeping the dress) and tried it on, it was too big! Apparently my wedding diet is working out well.
