I walked in without an appointment on a weekend during the prom rush completely expecting to have to come back with an appointment at a later date. I was immediately greeted by smiling faces who scheduled me a bridal appointment for later that same day. My consultant was a very kind young lady named Charity. Even tho fully busy, I had an amazing experience finding the dress! Everyone was super nice, and my stylist Cynthia was more than amazing! Totally went over my appointment time but didn't feel the least bit rushed. Not only did we get my dress, we also found my bridal parties dress too! Cynthia was super patient getting us all set up and checked out. I bought my wedding dress there a few years ago and loved the service. But the service this trip was less than par. The lady helping wasn't very helpful. And she was complaining about working so much even on her day off.

I loved David's Bridal. They have a huge selection and fast processing. Jamie was my consultant and she was wonderful. She knew how to accessorize and fit your needs.
Drove 12 hours to go with my daughter so she could pick out her wedding dress. Shelby helped my daughter try on multiple dresses with a smile each time. Staff was helpful and never felt pressured to buy anything extra. Thank you for making my daughter feel beautiful.
My daughter scheduled an appt at David's for this past Saturday, several weeks ago. We anticipated this to be our first place to start shopping for our daughter's wedding dress. We were wrong! It was the first and only place. Our entire group received the warmest welcome immediately upon entering, even though it was a mad house.
