Nice place, friendly consultant, but the room temperature is very very cold. My consultant wears boots and sweater to work. Consider brides need to dress and undress all the time, this room temperature is bad for brides’ health.
I walked in without an appointment and was addressed as soon as I walked in. I was told I could start looking at dresses if I wanted to while I waited for someone to help me search for my wedding dress. As I looked around, Gabriela Ayon came up to me and asked me what I was looking for so she could help me narrow down my search. I explained what I was looking for and she was very helpful. NATALIE IS THE BEST CONSULTANT EVER! If you have the opportunity, book an appointment with her! I went to her (by chance) for my wedding dress appointment and I had a PHENOMENAL experience!!! She was so energentic and supportive! I loved that she took lead from what you liked and was always knowledgeable on the styles and ready to give suggestions and tips based on your opinion! My experience here was unforgettable! I came looking for a wedding dress and I had the privilege of working with Katie. She was so attentive to me and really listened when I was telling her what I was looking for and all of my likes and dislikes. The very first dress that she put me in ended up being the winner! Working with Katie made the appointment fun and stressless. I so enjoyed coming here and would highly recommend it!
Michael was my stylist at the ontario store and he was amazing! I had a lot of family and friends with me and he made everyone feel welcome and included in the experience. He took his time with me, stuck to my budget, and didnt leave our side till I was checking out with my dress! I'm so glad I started here!
