I'm tempted to give 4 stars because of my previous experinces, but Maria was SO great I'm giving 5. This review is more for her, than this location. I was at this location on Saturday, May 26th. This is the 4th or 5th David's Bridal I have been to in 3 different states in my personal planning process. I live in Athens, GA, but have family in Mississippi and here. Had an appointment today at noon, walked in and was immediately greeted and introduced to my fabulous stylist Liz. She helped my fiance and I find the PERFECT dress! And the perfect veil and belt to match. We were apprehensive about picking out a plus size dress but Liz made it easy (and fun)

The store manager is the best. She took so much time to help us find a veil. She really went out of her way to please us. She phoned several stores and gave suggestions on how to repair a veil we found on sale. Highly recommend the customer service we received.

The manager of alterations Denise Velhasco has turned my tears into happy tears. I had an issue with my dress and she helped turn the dress into my dream dress to accommodate me being a plus size woman. Her patience, expertise and knowledge of David's Bridal Dresses was phenomenal.
