Amazing place for a bride! There's not enough nice things to say about DB! My husband and I decided to elope to Vegas but we still got married in a nice chapel so after having a nightmare experience at House of Brides down the street from there, I took a chance going into DB. I walked in saying "I'm getting married in a week, I am 6 months pregnant, I'm on a budget of $900 and I need a dress TODAY!" Davids Bridal is a place I would recommend to my daughter! I have sat and read some of these stories that these brides have had and I am sorry they had such a hard time, I however had a wonderful experience! First I had 5 BM's and they too had nothing but good communications and helpful people wait on them. We did try several other bridal stores before DB and they did not compare. Davids Bridal in Orland Park a disgrace for customer service After purchasing a Bridal gown and 4 BM dresses (approx. $1,000.00) we were appalled to be charged for color swatches of our dresses. After being told that all dresses would take 6 weeks to be delivered, no problem until the Bridal Gown arrived 2 weeks later. We were very suspicious. So glad I went here! I was nervous shopping for my dress because I have heard so many horror stories about alot of bridal shops. I decided to start at David's Bridal and I was so happy I did! Sharon, my customer service associate, was so sweet, patience, and unobtrusive. I was really worried about those sales girls that gush all over you just to get you to buy something, but she knew exactly when to step back and allow me to converse privately with my mom and BM. Horrible Experience Davids Bridal in Orland Park, Illinois has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my entire life. They made so many mistakes, I don't know where to start. From ordering the wrong sashes TWICE, to ordering the completely wrong veil. Inexpensive Wedding Gowns David's Bridal has inexpensive wedding gowns for the budget wedding. Good looking dresses in all styles and sizes can be found (they have hundreds if not thousands of them). Staff seems to be very accommodating to your needs. They also have a periodic $99 sale on dresses, but get there early. PROS: Inexpensive CONS: none that I know of
